Mill River Sangria Recipes

Hey!  Just in time for the nice weather we thought we’d share our sangria recipes with you.  Keep these tricks up your sleeve for your next party, brunch or just because!

PLUM ISLAND RED SANGRIA

Ingredients: 2 bottles of Plum Island Red Wine, 1 cup of Brandy, ½ cup of Triple Sec, 1 cup of orange juice, ½ cup of simple syrup, orange, apple and/or raspberry slices.

Preparation: Mix together. Chill overnight. Add some ice & Let the party begin! Makes about 8-10 servings.

PLUM ISLAND WHITE SANGRIA

Ingredients: 2 bottles of Plum Island White Wine, ½ cup limoncello, ½ of a 12oz can of frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed (3/4 cup), 1 cup fresh raspberries, 1 cup halved strawberries, ½ cup fresh blackberries, 1 medium lemon, thinly sliced.

Preparation: Mix together. Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours to blend flavors. Add ice. Grab some friends and celebrate! Makes 8-10 servings

MILL RIVER SANGRIA

Ingredients: 2 bottles of Plum Island Red Wine, 1 cup of Cointreau, Grand Marnier or Triple Sec, ½ cup brandy, 1 cup of orange juice, slices of orange and lime, 1 cup of fresh pineapple chunks, 2 cinnamon sticks, 2 cans of lemon-lime soda, Ice

Preparation: Stir ingredients, except for the lemon-lime soda and ice into a large pitcher. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Just before serving add 2 cans soda & pour into wine glasses, straining off the fruit. Garnish each glass with a wedge of orange or lime. Ole!!!!
